Take your taste buds on an unforgettable gourmet voyage! Five famous chefs will be joining the MSC Cruises fleet for a series of special theme cruises during the 2011-2012 season, and you’ll be able to enjoy their exquisite culinary creations on board. Our guest chefs have all achieved international acclaim for their work in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants, and each of them will be creating a special dish dedicated to MSC Cruises. CHEF PACO RONCERO (Spain) 
Michelin star winner Paco is executive chef and
manager of the Casino de Madrid as well as the
gastro-bar Estado Puro, and is considered
Madrid’s maestro of avant-garde cuisine. A
speaker at various gastronomic conferences
around the world, he is also a successful
cooking writer.

CHEF MAURO ULIASSI (Italy) 
Already a popular figure on the MSC Cruises
fleet, Mauro has been awarded 2 Michelin stars,
he was Identità Golose’s Chef Of The Year in 2009
and his restaurant was among the top 5 in the
2011 guide of L’Espresso. With Mauro, every
meal is a sensual voyage of discovery.

CHEF GILLES EPIÉ (France) 
Awarded a Michelin star at the age of 22,
Gillesrecently returned to France after 10 years
inthe United States, where he was head chef at
Beverly Hills’ most famous French restaurant,
L’Orangerie, winning Food and Wine magazine’s
“Best New Chef ” award in 1996. His dishes are
based on a perfect alchemy between French
and New World cuisine.

CHEF PAUL RANKIN (UK)
Paul Rankin runs the neighbourhood
restaurant Cayenne in Belfast.
Previously he ran the very successful Roscoff,
which was voted Restaurant of the Year in the
BBC Good Food Magazine's 1996 Awards and
where he was awarded Ireland’s first Michelin star.

CHEF KOLJA KLEEBERG (Germany) 
After struggling to find fame as an actor in the
1980s, Kolja decided to follow his passion for
cooking instead. It turned out to be a good decision:
he now runs his own restaurant VAU in
Berlin, while the actor in him gets great satisfaction
from his regular TV appearances.
